This is a multi-level Microsoft/SYNNEX ISV Royalty Program – Choose the level that works best for your business:
Platinum
- Minimum annual revenue commitment of $50K across all products
- Potential listing on SYNNEX GSA Schedule
- Provision for on-line vehicle for transacting licensing (LOL Storefront Button)
- Vendor pavilion participation at SYNNEX’s annual National Reseller Conference
- ISV Partner Portal: Vertical, business IT projects, and geographic coverage
- Licensing and technical assistance across all Microsoft brands through a dedicated email address and dial-in number
- One yearly, co-funded demand-generation program
- Co-funded usage of Azure Services Platform for product development
Gold
- Minimum annual revenue commitment of $25K across all products
- Provide product information for distribution at SYNNEX’s annual National Reseller Conference
- ISV Partner Portal: vertical, business IT projects and geographic coverage
- Licensing and technical assistance across all Microsoft brands through a dedicated email address and dial-in number
Silver
- No minimum revenue commitment required
- ISV Partner Portal: Vertical, business IT projects, and geographic coverage

SYNNEX Partner Portal
Easy-to-use portal that provides visibility for your solution to SYNNEX’s extensive VAR community and ISV peers
- Login to the portal
- Enroll as an MS ISV Royalty partner
- Register your solution by industry and business priority
- Identify hardware and other software requirements needed to support your solution
- Upload white pages
- Access sales acceleration tools via market/solutions strategy page
- Enhance education via hardware/software support page
- View detailed sales data
- Maximize extended search capabilities – by geography, solution, vertical, etc.
Eligibility
- Must be an ISV
- Must develop a unified solution licensed to end-users and containing at least one Microsoft product
- Unified solution must add significant functionality to the Microsoft licensed product
Post Enrollment Requirements
- Provide technical support
- Enroll in Microsoft Partner Program at the Certified Partner Level (or above)
- Purchase at least five technical product support incidents for the product(s) used in your solution
- Provide monthly usage reporting on software licenses
- SYNNEX provides this for you automatically
- Participate in program audits
- Abide by Microsoft copyright notice, trademarks, antipiracy obligations, and export laws
- Ensure the required Microsoft license terms are incorporated into your customer agreements and are agreed on by your end-users
