FREMONT, CA — January 10, 2005 -- SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), a global IT supply chain services company, announced today that it has made a strategic investment in Microland Limited, an IT infrastructure management and technical support services company. Through its strategic alliance with Microland, SYNNEX will offer a comprehensive range of managed and technical support services offerings to its resellers and supplier partners. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Microland is a global leader in providing end-to-end IT infrastructure management services to enterprise clients managing worldwide IT infrastructures. Technical support services are also provided to organizations to support their end-user or consumer customers through voice, e-mail or web-based applications. A combination of remote and on-site services is offered.
