FREMONT, CA — March 30, 2005 -- SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), a global IT supply chain services company, announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Avaya Inc. to distribute its line of small-to-medium business communications products to its broad base of solution providers in the United States. Solution providers will require Avaya certification to become an authorized reseller for these products.

Under this agreement, SYNNEX will distribute Avaya IP Office, PARTNER® and Merlin Magix® systems. Utilizing the latest advancements in converged data and voice technology, the IP Office product line is designed to address the IP communications needs of small-to-medium businesses and branch offices. Avaya solutions offer enhanced mobility for users accessing their communications applications from any location, lowered costs by consolidating communication assets and improved efficiencies by reducing overall system management costs.
