Intermec mobility and RFID products available in North America through SYNNEX

FREMONT, CA — April 28, 2005 -- SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), a global IT supply chain services company, announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Intermec Technologies Corporation, a leader in data capture technology, to distribute its complete line of supply chain information products to resellers throughout North America.

Under this agreement, SYNNEX will distribute Intermec’s full line of mobility and RFID products, including radio frequency identification (RFID) tags and readers, mobile computers, bar code scanners, label and card printers, media, and networking systems. SYNNEX will service and support its resellers through EMJ Data Systems, a division of SYNNEX that specializes in bar code/auto-ID, RFID and point-of-sale products and solutions. EMJ is staffed with dedicated sales specialists experienced in selling and supporting these products through its long-term relationship with Intermec in Canada.
