and D-Link Establish Distribution Partnership
To Offer End-to-End Networking Solutions
SYNNEX to Distribute D-Link’s
Premier Products to Mid-Market and SMB Customer Base
FREMONT and FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., March 13, 2006—SYNNEX
Corporation (NYSE: SNX), a global IT supply chain services
company and D-Link Systems, Inc.®, the end-to-end networking
solutions provider for consumers and business, today announced
a strategic distribution partnership to offer premier networking
products.
Under the terms of the agreement, SYNNEX will distribute
D-Link’s
products from four main categories: switches, wireless, broadband
and the digital home, expanding the reach to new customers
in North America for D-Link. SYNNEX, with its strong attention
to product knowledge and ability to add incremental sales,
will act as an extension of the D-Link sales force by adding
new customer relationships and generating demand for the D-Link
product line.

SYNNEX can offer, Karlsen added.
