SYNNEX Corporation Enters The Consumer Electronics Space With The Launch Of NEXCE Division

JVC selects SYNNEX to distribute the JVC family of consumer electronics

GREENVILLE, SC – September 13, 2006 – SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), a global IT supply chain services company, announced today the official rollout of a new division dedicated to consumer electronics. This new division, branded NEXCE, was formed to target traditional value added resellers (VARs), custom home installers and regional and national retailers who cater to the growing consumer electronics market. The company also announced an agreement with JVC Company of America to distribute the nationally recognized JVC brand of consumer electronics.

The NEXCE division focuses on a number of manufacturers with long standing relationships with SYNNEX’ broadline distribution, which provides an advantage for the new division to ramp-up quickly. The addition of the JVC product line further enhances the solutions-based offerings.

JVC is a premier leader in the consumer electronics market with a broad line of established products in the areas of video and audio equipment, including high definition displays, camcorders, DVD players and recorders, satellite systems, home and portable audio equipment, mobile entertainment products and recording media.
