Distribution partnership will support Thin Computing solutions through SYNNEX’ Technology Solutions Division (TSD)

FREMONT, CA – October 18, 2006 – SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), a global IT supply chain services company, announced today it has signed a strategic distribution partnership agreement with Wyse Technology Inc., a global leader in thin computing. The agreement enables SYNNEX to now sell the complete line of Wyse products.

Wyse Technology, together with its partners, delivers the hardware, infrastructure software, and services that comprise thin computing. Thin computing makes managing IT systems easier, improves the reliability and security of information, and lowers IT costs. In addition, thin computing provides access to applications and data to move business forward.
