SYNNEX Corporation Announces Definitive Agreement to Acquire Link2Support

      

Link2Support provides world class technical support to the IT and Consumer Electronics Industry

FREMONT, CA – February 20, 2007 – SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), a global IT supply chain services company, announced today it has signed and closed a definitive agreement to acquire all of the shares of Link2Support, Inc., a world-class technical support and contact center that delivers voice, e-mail and technical chat support as well as other value-added services.
