SYNNEX Corporation Announces Two Executive Level Appointments
FREMONT, CA – November 15, 2007 – SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), a leading business process services company, announced today two executive level appointments. T.J. Trojan has joined SYNNEX as Senior Vice President of Peripherals and Gary Palenbaum has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Consumer Electronics. Both of these positions support SYNNEX’ core strategy and growth initiatives and both positions report directly to Peter Larocque, President, U.S. Distribution at SYNNEX Corporation.
Mr. Trojan will be primarily responsible for the development and growth of SYNNEX’ computer peripherals business in the United States. With over 24 years of experience in the computer and peripherals industry, Mr. Trojan is a seasoned operations executive with experience leading sales, customer service, product development and marketing organizations. During his tenure at NEC Display Solutions of America, Inc. and other NEC-affiliated companies, Mr. Trojan held many positions and most recently was the President of NEC Display Solutions of America, Inc. Mr. Trojan is well known throughout the IT industry as one of the finest executives in the computer business.

In his new role, Mr. Palenbaum is responsible for cultivating and increasing SYNNEX’ growing presence in consumer electronics (CE) distribution. With approximately 24 years of management experience and a comprehensive IT and CE industry knowledge base, he is ideally suited for this newly created role. Mr. Palenbaum joined SYNNEX in 1999 as an Assistant Vice President of Strategic Purchasing and most recently was Vice President, Peripherals where he was also responsible for the development and launch of SYNNEX’ CE business.
