FREMONT, CA--February 21, 2008--SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE:SNX), a leading business process services company, announced today that it has been selected by HP Company to distribute the HP CM8060/CM8050 Color MFPs (multifunction printers) with Edgeline Technology through its PRINTSolv Managed Print Services offering. Coupled with SYNNEX' successful PRINTSolv offering, HP Edgeline MFPs provide value-added resellers (VARs) with high speeds and low cost per images that will enable them to compete in the mature office copy machine market place. SYNNEX' relationship with HP will also offer resellers an easier path to become certified to promote and sell this innovative inkjet technology from HP.

PRINTSolv is a managed print solution that complements the emerging market for consumer demand billing products and solutions.
