Below are the WH order cut-off times for same day shipment. The cut-off time is the time WH receives a sales order after credit release. Orders received after cut-off time will ship the following business day. In the event the WH misses an order, an automatic email will be sent notifying the customer of the missed specification.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. These cut-off times are set up to accommodate the needs
of our customers and still get the product out the door on
time. They leave very little margin for error. To ensure
that your shipment does get out the door the same day you
release it to the warehouse, please to not send multiple
orders, or large orders that require extra time to pull at
the last minute.
2. Monday nights tend to be very heavy for our carriers. Please
keep this in mind, especially if you have a large shipment
which may require additional equipment from our carrier.
3. For Warehouses offering "Will Call," all orders placed for this
ship method must be picked up by the 3rd day. Orders will be re-entered on the
4th day and returned to stock.
