SYNNEX TSD Technical Support is committed to being a resource resellers can turn to in answering their customer’s toughest questions.  Our goal is to enable reseller sales and technical teams to focus on engagement with the end-user, leaving the pre and post-sales technical support questions to our team of engineers.

Technical Resources
SYNNEX Technical Support and Solutions Design teams are highly trained and certified. They are available to assist TSD Business Partners and their sales reps in multi-vendor pre-sales, post-sales, and solutions design inquiries.

Solution Desk Services
SYNNEX makes available a Solutions Design Desk to provide solutions specific to your customer’s unique set of requirements.  Don’t consume valuable sales and technical resources reinventing the wheel as the SYNNEX Solution Desk will provide you with the architected solution, complete with bill of materials and in many cases white-papers that describe the solution along with returns-on-investment (ROI) cited for use in proposals.       

While we have a number of pre-architected solutions in our portfolio, no two tend to be alike.  Hence, we welcome the opportunity to design a solution from our wide cross-section of TSD participating vendors.  An abbreviated list of pre-architected solutions includes:

  • Enterprise Servers & Storage- Consider storage mirroring for disaster avoidance, thin client solutions, and virtualization solutions built around these industry standard solutions
  • Email Archiving – One key compliance directive in both Sarbanes Oxley and HIPAA is a requirement to archive email.  Synnex offers a solution that accomplishes all of this in a cost effective, simple to implement form.
  • Document Management – Document/content management solutions offers a bridge to the paperless office and the liability that exists if key documents exist in only a paper format.
