time. And development of a new and improved version of ECExpress
-- SYNNEX’ e-commerce application for resellers -- is
no exception. If you haven’t yet discovered the simplicity,

The new ECExpress is the most robust, ultra-efficient web-based
ordering system ever. With enhancements including improved
overall ease of use, a superior search engine, no time outs,
cancel order capability, and more, you’ll be so glad
you made the switch.
Read on for more hot new features:
You can now choose the warehouse from where you’d like
your order shipped. Just go to My ECExpress and then Personalization.
Under Order Options, check Select Order Shipping Warehouses
and you’ll be able to select from which warehouse
you would like all the items on your current order
to ship. You
can also choose to leave the default at Any.
You can now Delete Saved Orders. Just go to Order
Review, pull up your Saved Order by PO# and have the option
to Delete in the Build/Edit PO page.
You are now allowed to have multiple logins with the same
email address. Just specify a User ID, which will
differentiate the login.
You can now tell us just how you like it. A User Survey was
added, which will help us make ECExpress even more
convenient for you to use in the future.
Inventory availability is now offered in Real-time. Find
it on Shopping Cart and Build/Edit PO pages. You
no longer have to click on the Total Availability link to view the
live inventory information.
A one-time Pop-up of the Welcome Page will appear, every
time we release a new version of ECExpress, so you’ll
be aware of new changes, as shown in the What’s
New section. To access this information, you can
also go to
Help and then Welcome.
eRMA rights have been granted to all users!
Long Product Description is now displayed for any parts that
currently have no Technotes (PDF or HTML) available.
A Comments link on the Technotes page now allows you to provide
feedback of the technotes you’re viewing.
My Favorites: add items to a Favorite list and have access
to it at all times without having to redo a search.
Software License products now in ECExpress so that it’s
even easier to order and view pricing, etc.
Sales reps contact information at your fingertips.
Enhanced personalization: receive confirmation e-mail, setup,
most recent orders, and more!
New 3rd level of Categories for better search results
